One of the highlights of the mall road is its historic confectionery shops and restaurants. It remains open during the day and early night selling everything you can imagine in the hill station. The market is stretched in and around 3 kms, with the top mall road has everything including restaurants, banks, and brand stores. The lower mall has shops for clothing, eateries, woollen etc. A reasonable bargain is common during the shopping. If you are visiting along with your kids/elderly you may rent a stroller since walking could be tiresome. Down from the taxi point there is facility to take escalator to reach the top mall road, since vehicles are not allowed. Even though, it will be a great experience, to wander around the lower and upper mall roads shopping and eating. The Ridge, ShimlaJAKHOO HILLS, ShimlaST.
